Problem:
The client was unable to use transferred credits for their site, which still appeared as pay-as-you-go instead of using shared credits. They were also unable to find an option to cancel the pay-as-you-go service.
Solution:
We advised the client to first cancel the pay-as-you-go subscription by navigating to WPML > Translation management > Tools and selecting the option to cancel. After cancellation, the client could assign credits to their site. Detailed steps for assigning credits can be found in our documentation: How to Assign Automatic Translation Credits to Your Sites.
Additionally, if the client suspected that credits were stuck from older site domains, we offered to investigate and reassign any found credits upon receiving the domain details.
