Problem:
The client had issues with WPML credits not showing up on their site after transferring them. They had changed their site URL from a non-www to a www version and had previously used credits on a different domain that was no longer in use.

Solution:
1. We identified that the client had multiple automatic translation accounts and found a total of 238,387 credits across these accounts.
2. We moved all the credits back to the client's WPML.org account.
3. We instructed the client to remove the existing site key from their WPML.org account, generate a new one, and then unregister and re-register WPML on their site with the new key.
4. Finally, we provided steps to reassign the credits back to the site, which can be found in the WPML documentation: How to assign automatic translation credits to your sites.

Problem:
The client was experiencing issues with WPML automatic translation credits after migrating their site. Initially, they tested WPML on local servers, then moved to a test domain (A), and finally to the actual domain (B). They encountered a warning about an unregistered license of WPML and were unable to assign auto translation credits, as the domains were not listed in their account. Additionally, they were unable to move credits back to their WPML account and the 'Tool' tab was missing under the 'Translation Management' tab.

Solution:
We advised the client that before removing, recreating, replacing, or migrating sites, they should move the credits back to their WPML.org account by following the instructions here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/. If not done correctly, the credits can get stuck, but we can move them back from our end.

We then asked the client to try removing the sites using the blue button in their WPML account here: https://wpml.org/account. After the client provided more information, we were able to locate and move 86,310 stuck credits back to their account.
