Background of the issue:
I have about 30 users managing subsections of a site under development. Each user should be able to translate their own post but not the posts from others, apart from Admins. (I only have one secondary language)
While i can write a custom function to hide posts that are not my own it would still be possible to translate this.

Symptoms:
Didn't find anything about that in Docs/FAQ.
Questions:
Is there a way for each user to translate only their own posts without setting a translator in advance?
