[Resolvido] continuing wpml error

Contesto del problema:
I am trying to translate a page by clicking on the gear icon. The issue can be seen at this link: link oculto.

Sintomi:
I expected to be able to open the translation, but instead, I got an error message suggesting I contact WPML Support. Lucas Vidal de Andrade from support mentioned that some internal systems are down, causing this error, and they are working on it. Maiya AI Support wasn't helpful either and the problem persists.
