Background of the issue:
I installed WPML today on a client's website to translate the entire site into Spanish. Initially, I had 90,000 credits, which were quickly used up. I bought extra credits and assigned them to the site in my WPML account.
Symptoms:
On the Translation Management tab, I get the error message: 'Out of Credits for Automatic Translation. Translation not running... there is an issue that needs your attention. Fix it to continue. Fix now.' When I click the 'Fix now' button, the popup appears for a split second and disappears. I have 180,000 credits left, but I'm stuck in a loop where WPML thinks I'm out of credits. I expected the popup to load after clicking 'Fix it' so that WPML can verify I have the credits. I tried unregistering and reregistering the site, but it didn't work.
Questions:
Why does WPML think I'm out of credits when I have 180,000 left?
How can I fix the issue with the 'Fix now' button not working?
