[Resolvido] I have credits assigned to my website but auto translation keep asking me to buy credity

Background of the issue:
I have credits assigned to my website link oculto and I am trying to use auto translation with WPML.

Symptoms:
Auto translation keeps asking me to buy credits despite having credits assigned to my website.

Questions:
Why does auto translation keep asking me to buy credits when I already have them assigned?
