Background of the issue:
I moved my website to a new domain which should be primary, but I want WPML on my old website as well. On the WP admin dashboard, I was getting 'WPML detected a new address for this site' and I added the migration code as well.

Symptoms:
I am still getting the same popup 'WPML detected a new address for this site' even after adding the migration code.

Questions:
How can I resolve the issue of the persistent popup after moving my site to a new domain?
Is there a specific step I might have missed in the WPML migration process?
