[Resolvido] I’m currently experiencing an issue with the WPML plugin

Hello,

I’m currently experiencing an issue with the WPML plugin on my WordPress website.

Both of the following plugins are installed and activated:

1. WPML Multilingual CMS
2. WPML String Translation

However, they are not functioning as expected. The WPML menu and sidebar options are not appearing in the WordPress dashboard, which prevents me from accessing and configuring the plugin.

I have already ensured that both plugins are active, but the issue persists.
Could you please help me identify the cause and guide me toward a solution?
