Background of the issue:
I am trying to bulk upload a zip file of XLIFF files using WPML, but it keeps failing. When I upload one file at a time, it works fine.

Symptoms:
The bulk upload of a zip file of XLIFF files fails, while uploading a single file works without issues.

Questions:
