[Fechado] Internal links not working

Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that my website, link oculto, displays correctly in multiple languages using WPML. I want the homepage and product pages to show the correct language version when selected.

Symptoms:
When I click on the Italian language option on the homepage, some content is not translated. Additionally, clicking on a product redirects to the English version instead of the translated version.

Questions:
Why are some homepage elements not translated when I select Italian?
Why do product pages redirect to the English version despite being translated?
