Background of the issue:
I am trying to display the translated footer on the Arabic version of my website, link oculto. I have already spoken with the theme support, and they mentioned that the footer is built on a post type mechanism and advised me to contact the WPML plugin developer for guidance.

Symptoms:
The translated footer is not displaying on the Arabic version of the website.
