[Resolvido] it not tranlsating saying I need credits

it saying click to fix I did what the old trouble ticket said and unregister and reregister... IT's saying no creidt and saying it's using pay as you go but it appears to be stuck and not working when i press fix now nothing happens ... wp dashboard and your dashboard say different things.. one says its using pay as you go and your dash board says its not connect but then on the account dash board it is... ????
