Background of the issue:
I am trying to migrate my WPML account from the development site to the production site. The issue can be seen at: link oculto.

Symptoms:
Following the instructions, instead of seeing a migration code, I got the empty WPML dashboard page.

Questions:
Why am I seeing an empty WPML dashboard page instead of the migration code?
