[Resolvido] My account not translating

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate all the strings on the 'my account' page of my website link oculto using WPML.

Symptoms:
The translated strings for the 'my account' page are not showing on the front end.

Questions:
Why are the translated strings not appearing on the front end?
