My site was setup for Pay As You Go and had credits and now it's reverted to Prepaid Credits

I copied my site to new hosting, checked everything was OK using server URL, then pointed my domain to the new hosting. Background of the issue:
I moved my site to a new server and now all my Pay As You Go credits are gone. The domain is the same now, but I did access it from a different domain for a few moments. I copied my site to new hosting, checked everything was OK using server URL, then pointed my domain to the new hosting.

Symptoms:
WPML says my site is using Prepaid Credits and all my Pay As You Go credits are gone.

Why did my Pay As You Go credits disappear after moving my site to a new server?
How can I restore my Pay As You Go credits on WPML?
