[Resolvido] not able to use assigned credits

Background of the issue:
I am trying to use assigned credits for automatic translation on my site link oculto. I noticed issues on the WPML dashboard regarding updates.

Symptoms:
I cannot use the assigned credits for automatic translation. The dashboard shows two orange circles with exclamation signs about two updates not done, but all updates appear to be completed on our site.

Questions:
Why can't I use the assigned credits for automatic translation?
Why does the WPML dashboard show updates not done when all updates are completed on our site?
