[Fechado] problem with page formating

Hello, my site formating is broken under traslated languages how can I fix it?
problems found:
link oculto , link oculto
home page
header - menu bar - spacer of white is too big

text that moves from righ on screen is broken

3 vertical lines - basic wordpress page setting

in arabic aligment of pictures is broken

footer
some languages have broken newsletter form (link oculto)

other pages like history etc. - main image not visible and also 3 vertical lines

How can I solve this issues?
