[Fechado] Product Categories disappeared

Background of the issue:
I am trying to manage product categories, specifically ensuring that Fragranze & Follie has 'Man' and 'Donna' as child categories, that disappeared, like some oher categories. I attempted the procedures as informed in other points but did not achieve the desired outcome.

Symptoms:
Some product categories are summarized incorrectly, and the association with languages (idioms) is not working as expected. The expected child categories are not appearing, even Parent categories

Why are some product categories summarized incorrectly?
How can I ensure the correct association of product categories with languages?
Why they disappeared?
