Background of the issue:
I'm trying to save and display different media per language on my site link oculto using WPML. I followed the documentation at https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/media-translation/?utm_source=plugin&utm_medium=gui&utm_campaign=wpmlcore.

Symptoms:
The 'Save media translation' button is not active when I upload an image.

Questions:
Why is the 'Save media translation' button not active when I upload an image?
How can I save and display different media per language using WPML?
