Background of the issue:
We have a website with multiple apps on it, and therefore the WordPress needs to be running under a subdirectory link oculto. We now need to activate WPML on this, but both the domain and the subdirectory have to be translated: EN: link oculto, FR: link oculto.

Symptoms:
I can't find any info on how to do this since I can change either the subdirectory (max 7 chars is too short) or the domain, but then it becomes only like: EN: link oculto, FR: link oculto.

Questions:
How can I set up WPML to translate both the domain and the subdirectory?
Is there a way to bypass the 7-character limit for subdirectories?
