[Resolvido] strong HTML tags in frontend instead of actual bold

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a bold word on my site link oculto (German) using WPML. I followed a process to achieve this, which I documented here: link oculto. The final page in Greek link oculto

Symptoms:
In the frontend, I see strong HTML tags instead of the text being bold.

Questions:
How to display the text in bold and not display the strong HTML tags?
