[Fechado] Translating text in the footer

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the text in the footer of my website. All other text in the footer has been translated. The issue can be seen on this page: link oculto

Symptoms:
I expected to see 'Portal de socios' but instead I got 'Partners Portal'.

Why is the footer text not translating as expected?
How can I ensure all footer text is translated correctly?
