[Fechado] Translations

Background of the issue:
I am trying to manage a bilingual site with two different domains: one for English (link oculto) and one for French (link oculto). I can log in as an admin from the French side and switch to the English side without issues.

Symptoms:
When I log in as an admin from the English side, I cannot switch to the French side of the site.

Questions:
Why can't I switch from the English site to the French site as an admin?
