[Fechado] Translations randomly marked as outdated in WPML Translation Editor

Hello,

We are experiencing a recurring issue with WPML Translation Editor where translations are marked as incomplete or “needs update” even though no content changes have been made.

The original pages have not been edited, and the block structure remains unchanged. When opening the Translation Editor, all translated content is still present and correct, but WPML requires us to remove Notes and re-save or re-translate the content in order to mark the translation as complete again.

This happens intermittently and appears without any intentional changes to the source content. It often occurs after updates, but not consistently tied to a specific action.

Could you please advise:

what can cause WPML to mark translations as outdated when the original content has not changed

how Notes are generated and why they sometimes block completion

if there are recommended settings or workflows to prevent this behaviour
