[Fechado] Trying to purchase a product when logged out shows a no items in cart message on French site

Background of the issue:
I am trying to allow users to purchase a product when logged out. Users can add the product to the cart, but when they navigate to the cart page, they receive a message stating 'your cart is currently empty'. We tested this issue on a staging site and found that it occurs on the French version of the site, while the English version works correctly. The issue can be seen on this page: link oculto

Symptoms:
When logged out, users receive a 'your cart is currently empty' message on the French site when trying to view the cart even if you added a product to the cart.
