Problem:
The client is experiencing a pricing discrepancy between the calculated price using the AI calculator for translation credits and the price shown in the 'Buy Prepaid Packages' section for WPML translation services.
Solution:
We offer two payment models for translation credits:

• Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)
• Pre-paid Credits

Each model has its advantages. Pre-paid credits provide more control over spending as you cannot exceed the purchased amount, while PAYG offers flexibility, allowing payment only for the used credits. We are planning to update our pricing page soon for clearer information on these options. Meanwhile, you can switch to the PAYG option if it suits your needs better.
