Problem:
The client is trying to update the WPML plugin on a staging site but the license key from the live site is not working. The client is unable to find where to add the key for staging in their account.

Solution:
1. We informed the client that the license key only works for the website it was registered with, and even small differences in the URL can cause an error.

3. We also explained that the client's account is an end-user account with a limitation of one site registration. We suggested upgrading the account to add more sites or, alternatively, recreating the staging site from the registered live site.
