Problem:
The client is experiencing a critical error when trying to modify the translation of attributes in a WooCommerce product variation type. The error occurs on the translation screen, with a specific error message indicating a type error in the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin.
Solution:
We resolved the issue by fixing a small problem in the database and setting the site to a minimal setup. This setup involved deactivating all plugins except for the WPML ones and WooCommerce, and switching to a default WordPress theme. We recommend the client to try reproducing the error on a staging site. If the error does not appear, the client should reactivate the theme and then the other plugins one by one to identify the problematic plugin.
