Problem: The client was unable to see the WPML plugins in the installed plugins section after downloading and activating them via the OTGS Installer. Additionally, the client was unsure where to insert the WPML key on their website. Solution: We resolved the issue by deactivating and removing the OTGS Installer plugin, which might have been blocked by a security feature on the client's site or server. We then manually uploaded and activated the WPML Multilingual CMS core plugin version 4.7.3. The client can now proceed to set up WPML using the setup wizard located in WPML -> Setup.
