Problem: The client has migrated their development site to a live environment and is facing issues with WPML Translation Credits still being assigned to the development site. The site key for the live site does not appear under registered sites, and the client is unable to remove the translation credits. Solution: We have returned the assigned credits from the development site to the client's WPML.org account. To resolve the issue, please follow these steps: 1. Log in to your WPML.org account and go to the Sites page: https://wpml.org/account/sites/ 2. If the live site (https://www.d-s-photo.com) is already registered, delete the site key by clicking the trash icon. 3. Log in to your live site, navigate to Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add new >> Commercial tab, and click the Unregister WPML from this site link if it exists. 4. Click the Register WPML link. 5. Click the Get a key for this site link, which will generate a new key. You can also assign the credits using that popup. 6. Copy the new key, paste it into the input box, and press the Register button. For more detailed instructions, please refer to our documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
