Solution: We found that a translation job got stuck when the translation method was switched to "WordPress Editor". We recommend opening the translation inside the WordPress Editor. In the right sidebar, use the option "Copy from English", manually translate the title and content, and save the post. This should allow you to create the translation using the WordPress Editor.

Problem: The client was transitioning from the FloThemes WordPress theme to Kadence Pro and encountered issues with the language switcher. Although the language flags were visible in the footer and were supposed to link to the corresponding language version of the page, they were instead redirecting randomly to the homepage or unrelated pages. Additionally, the language switch link was not appearing in the menu despite being enabled in WPML settings. Solution: We identified that the header needed translation and the language switcher had to be added to the header instead of the menu due to the way Kadence operates. We added the language switcher to the header for the client. We advised the client to review the changes and translate the other header if it will be used on the site.
