Problem:
You are trying to withdraw credits from your site, but the system is not allowing it and instead prompts you to contact support. You were expecting to see a button to withdraw credits.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Log in to your wpml.org account and go to the Sites page.
2. Delete the site key for your site by pressing the little trash icon. This action will return the assigned credits to your WPML.org account. For more details, see the documentation on why credits may be missing and how to fix it.
3. You can then assign the credits from your WPML.org account to any registered site by following the instructions in this documentation: how to assign automatic translation credits to your sites.
