Problem: The customer is using the Pay As You Go payment method and wants to know how he can use the 20k credits offered without changing payment method or if he can receive a cheap promotional code on instead. Solution: If you are experiencing this, we can assign the 20k credits directly to your account. This will offset any credit debt you have and the remaining balance will be in your favor. For example, if you currently have a negative credit balance, adding the 20k credits will eliminate that debt and you will be left with the difference. Problem: The client is experiencing issues with the WPML glossary feature not being taken into account during automatic translations. They are looking for a way to update the glossary and retranslate pages efficiently, as well as inquiring about slug translations and the possibility of recovering credits due to the initial failure.
Solution: 1. We recommend updating the glossary entries by going to WPML > Translation Management > Tools tab > Glossary. Here, you can edit the item and change the type to Name, or create a new item with the type Name and delete the current one. 2. After updating the glossary, return to the Translation Management tab, select the pages in bulk, and send them to automatic translation. 3. We suggest testing with 1-2 pages first to ensure the glossary is working correctly. If issues persist, please provide screenshots of the problem. 4. Regarding slug translations, the glossary will apply if you translate the page slug in the Advanced Translation Editor. To enable slug translation, navigate to WPML > Settings > Translated documents options > Page URL and select Translate.
Problem: The client is developing a new website using a subdomain and needs to know how to use WPML step by step, first on the subdomain to ensure everything is working correctly, and then how to migrate the website to the main domain. 3. After migrating your site, update your WPML registration by going to WPML.org > Account > Sites. Here, remove the old key from the previous environment and generate a new key for the new domain. You may also choose to keep both keys, but it will occupy one of your website slots. 4. In your WordPress backend, navigate to Plugins > Add New > Commercial and register the new key. If necessary, click "Unregister" before registering the new key.
