[Visual Composer] Theme Builder – Translated Layouts Are Not Displayed on the Front-End

Overview of the Issue

Visual Composer allows you to create different Layouts (opens in a new tab) for your Author, Pages, Posts and other pages. Although these layouts can be translated using WPML, the translated pages do not inherit the translated layout as expected.
