Overview of the issue

If you are using the the YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce Premium plugin, you may encounter untranslated strings within the email sent to customers through the Send Quote button.

Workaround

Please, make sure of having a full site backup of your site before proceeding.

  • Open …/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote-premium/templates/emails/customer-details.php file.
  • Look for line 25.
  • Replace:
    <h2 style="margin-top: 40px"><?php esc_html_e( 'Customer's details', 'yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote' ); ?></h2>
    
  • With:
    <?php
    	load_plugin_textdomain('yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote', false, plugin_basename(dirname(__FILE__)) . '/languages/');
    ?>
    <h2 style="margin-top: 40px"><?php esc_html_e( 'Customer's details', 'yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote' ); ?></h2>
