How Does the Automatic Translation Quality Guarantee Work?
If you are not satisfied with the quality of PTC translations, our team will first review and try to improve them. If we’re unable to fix the issue, we’ll refund the used credits.
This guarantee only applies to translations done with the WPML PTC engine.
Credits used with Google Translate, DeepL, or Microsoft engines are not refundable.

If I cancel or delete automatically translated content, can I get the used credits back?
No. Once credits are used for translation, they cannot be restored. This is because WPML immediately compensates the selected translation engine for the translation service.
Can I transfer the automatic translation credits to another site?
Yes, you can transfer automatic translation credits to another site. You can do this by removing credits from your website back into your WPML account, and then reassigning those credits to one of your websites.

Do the credits have an expiration date?
No, automatic translation credits never expire.
