Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with parts of their WordPress site not functioning correctly after using WPML to translate pages. The site uses a TCD093 theme, and while pages using the WordPress block editor are fine, those using the TCD093 block editor are not.
Solution:
We recommend contacting the theme developer to request compatibility with WPML. Specifically, they should follow the guidelines provided here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/make-custom-gutenberg-blocks-translatable/

Additionally, for pages using blocks from the theme, manual translation is an option. However, note that manual translation is a separate tool and cannot be used concurrently with the Advanced Translation Editor or automatic translation.
