Elementor Editor V4 (beta) can't translate component property overrides

Overview of the issue

When using Elementor Editor V4 (beta) with Components, WPML does not register translatable strings from component property overrides.

Because of this, overridden texts and links used in a component instance may not appear in the Advanced Translation Editor and remain untranslated on secondary languages.

Workaround

There is no reliable workaround at the moment.

Next steps to resolve this issue

This issue will be fixed in the upcoming version of WPML.

Resolved in 4.9.3 ?
I’m using 4.9.4 and components can’t be translated. Why is this marked as fixed ? Thanks !

  The necessary code was already in 4.9.3 but we still needed to deploy the XML configuration that goes with it.
  This XML configuration was deployed yesterday to our content delivery network and can take up to 24h to spread across the internet.
  
  If you try again, it should be working by now.
