Предыстория вопроса:
I am trying to translate my website, скрытая ссылка, using the WPML plugin. I purchased the plugin and have just started the translation process.

Симптомы:
The plugin indicates there is a mistake and I need to pay for translation.

Вопросы:
What did I pay for when I bought the plugin?
How many words were included in the price?
What should I do now?
How can I understand for how many words I have to pay?

You also have 90,000 translation credits available for automatic translation. WPML uses these credits to calculate the cost of your translations. Each translated word has a credit value depending on the translation engine you choose:

- WPML AI – 4 credits per word
- DeepL – 2 credits per word
- Google Translate – 2 credits per word
- Microsoft – 1 credit per word

Based on your screenshot, it appears that you need to assign credits to your current website in order to continue using automatic translation. I dont really understand why I have to assign credits. Second, If I bought WPML why you give me a choice of other engines? Which one I have to choose? Are they do the same work? which one is the best with the translation? Of course I can choose the one which is cheaper.... What will happen if I choose Google translation for example? I have been already using it before on my website, but I didnt like the translation. Why then I bought WPML plug in for 100 euro if you advise me again google and Microsoft translation???? I don't need then wpml translation. I tont understand how it works. Please explain

The credits are assigned to your wpml.org account, and you need to allocate them to the sites where you want to use them. This will also resolve the issues mentioned in the screenshot you provided.

You can change the translation engine if needed; there are four options available. Please have a look here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-change-automatic-translation-engines/.

If your original issue is resolved, may I kindly ask you to open a new ticket for each new question detailing the issue? This will help address the issues efficiently and also help other users with similar problems to find solutions when searching the forum.
