Problem:
You are trying to translate a pop-up created with Elementor Pro on your website using WPML, but the pop-up has disappeared from the backend while still functioning on the site.
Solution:
We recommend following these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Navigate to WPML > Support > troubleshooting.
2. Click on the following buttons:
- Synchronize posts taxonomies (Select 'My Templates' from the dropdown before clicking the button)
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Assign translation status to duplicated content
- Set language information
- Fix post-type assignment for translations
3. After completing these steps, check Dashboard > Templates > Popups. The template should now be visible.
