We also switched to the previous translation editor, which resolved the issue with the translation editor not recognizing the job. For automatic translation errors in Translation Management, we deleted problematic jobs from the database that were imported from another site and were organized differently. This resolved the error displayed in Translation Management. Additionally, we ensured that the translator's language pair settings were correctly configured for translating from Swedish to German.
