Problem:
The client was trying to add a translation for the home page but encountered an issue where the home page translation reverted to the original language after making edits to the original language page.

Solution:
1. We recommended selecting the "Translate independently" option to prevent the original content from being overwritten. For more details, we provided a documentation link: Using Different Translation Editors for Different Pages.

2. We took the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Completed the English translation of the French pages.
- Deleted the English translations and cleared the Trash.
- Opened the English pages in the WP editor.
