Assigning credits to the site

But although I have added the new credits to the site in my WPML account, the information did not synchronise with the actual site. I have already tried addind and removing credits. I have already tried de-registering the site and re-registering it with an existing key. Still, on my site I can only see two remaining credits. Is there a problem with credits sync server? On my end nothing has changed since l added credits a few days ago. Symptoms: I expect to see in Tools under Translation Management additional 25000 credits that I have just assigned. Instead, on the website, I still get only 2 credits. Questions: Why are the additional credits not appearing on my site? Is there a problem with your servers?

Background of the issue:
