Background of the issue:
On my site under development we have translated the woocommerce product categories, they have all been translated except the empty categories.

Symptoms:
In foreign languages ​​the tree is broken and many categories are without parents while they have a parent in the original language (French). When I go to WPML -> taxonomy translations -> Product categories, I have a tab 'Hierarchy synchronization' but it says 'The taxonomy hierarchy is already synchronized.'

Questions:
Is there a way to resynchronize the tree so that the hierarchy is put back in place?
