[Resolvido] Force to Open in Translation Editor

Background of the issue:
I want that if a User with a specific Role opens A Translated Post that it Force Opens in the Translation Editor. I have a PHP Snippet which I check if the Post Is a Translation, but from there I don't get further. What site do you need help with? link oculto

Symptoms:
I don't know how to get the Link in PHP to redirect the User to the Translation Editor.

Is there a way to get the Link in PHP, so I can Redirect the User to the Translation Editor?
