[Fechado] I need to change the wpml registration key

I can't find where to replace the registration key. I'm having this problem to: 'wpml: Unable to register: Site key not matching' and I think that the key is the problem. The only option I have is 'Dar de baja WMPL en este sitio' but I dont know what it involves and if I will lose all the work done.
