Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that pages with translations on my site link oculto are indexed by Google. I am using WPML and following the documentation at https://wpml.org/documentation/.

Symptoms:
Pages with translations are not indexed by Google. There is a discrepancy between the URLs for the French translation of a product page, with one URL using 'product' and the other using 'produit'.

Questions:
Why is the translated page not being indexed by Google?
How can I ensure the correct URL is indexed?
