Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate pages into Arabic, update content, menu, and other elements. I want to control the translation in Arabic and all content without involving a local translator. Here is a screenshot of the issue: link oculto. The issue can be seen on this page: link oculto.

Symptoms:
I am unable to control the translation in Arabic as it is being assigned to a local translator instead.
