Background of the issue:
I want to translate the website from English to German and French using WPML. The site I need help with is link oculto.

Symptoms:
The translation is not working. Only two pages in the blog and the footer have been translated; the rest of the translation doesn't work.

Questions:
Why are only two pages in the blog and the footer translated while the rest are not?
How can I ensure the entire website is translated from English to German and French?
