[Fechado] Translate menu using string translations and menu Sync does not sync order and correct information

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the menu using string translations and menu Sync. The issue can be seen on this page: link oculto

Symptoms:
The menu items appear in random order in each language even after multiple sync attempts. I expected to see 'Menu' and its translations, such as 'Menú' in Spanish, as the first item.

Questions:
Why does the menu not sync in the correct order across languages?
